The Kindred Technology Group was part of a team that moved DeKalb County, Georgia (https://www.dekalbcountyga.gov) to Drupal, from an all HTML site.

This involved migrating over 2000 HTML pages into Drupal 7. All the while setting up authoring workflows for county employees and navigating county leadership changes.

This session will discuss our experiences with managing a large organization with several stakeholders through this migration.

We will also discuss how we used a distributed team of developers and designers to meet the various needs of this Drupal project.
